Crazy quiet, easy to install, moves lots of air. : Broan QTXE080 80 CFM Ultra Silent Bath Fan, White Grille

After going by previous owners report of the Broan Qtxe080, I felt this would be the reply to annoying, loud bathroom exhaust fans.
I did upgrade my existing duct work to a 6".
Yes, it is very pleasingly quiet.

When I received the product, the duct closure was broken from the housing. Amazon swiftly sent a transfer but not before my handyman had packed up & gone.
The duct closure is very misrepresented. It does not close. It is very cheap plastic & I do not know how it will keep the attic/outside air from arrival into the bathroom.
I live in the desert where it is not unusual to reach 120 in the summer. Will this air leak originate higher electric bills? Time will tell.

I am happy I didn't order two as I had originally planned. I will authentically shop for an additional one quiet exhaust fan that has a metal duct closure in the future.
